Right to Cancel and Return Purchases
At Abeja Tapas Bar, we pride ourselves on our meticulous and careful ordering preparation and packaging to ensure that all food and drink items are safely protected during transit, and delivered to our customers in perfect condition. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on perishable or shorter shelf-life goods such as bread, stews or some fish products unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel your order and return your purchase
Please email us to orders@abeja-tapas.com or call on 07540395894. You will be given instructions about where to return the goods which must be made within 14 days of notifying us. When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge (premium charges are not refundable) will be issued within 14 days. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us.
Items which are damaged in transit, defective or incorrect
If the goods sent by Abeja Tapas Bar to you have been damaged in transit, are defective, or not as described, please email us at orders@abeja-tapas.com or call on 07540395894. We will either exchange these items without charge to you, or provide you with a full refund, Similarly, if we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify as soon as possible or within 14 days of purchase. Please return the incorrect item to us. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively, we will refund the item once it has been returned to us.
We will check the items on their return, and we may request proof of purchase and/or photos of the damage and packaging in order to enable us to investigate the matter with our courier and packing facility.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
